A small town, Chapar once dreamt of starting an English Medium School, where the only medium of education was mother tongue and thus the journey began. So, the establishment of an institution with English Medium background was the demand of the time. To meet the demand of the time, Chapar Academy was established on 2nd May 1994 in the heart of the Chapar town and is characterized by the strength of thoroughness, discipline and dedicated attitude to work and dedicated attitude to work, is managed by Chapar Academy Trust. The school's philosophy of education that the principal goal of education is to create people who are capable of doing new things, not simply of repeating what other generations have done people who are creative, inventive and discoveries.

The second aim of education is to form minds that can be critical, can verify facts and not accept everything they are offered. The education pattern at Chapar Academy has been inspired from the basics of character formation and the fact that a complete person can be a responsible citizen of the Nation.
